YouTube will Support Offline Video Viewing in India

YouTube
Good news for people living in India (including myself), Google India today announced that Indian users will soon be able to view YouTube videos offline. This was one of the major announcements made today by Google at an event in Gurgaon, India, right after Google announced its low cost Android One phones (later on this). So soon people living in India will be able to save YouTube videos for later viewing, without a Data Connection, That's Good News!!!
“YouTube is popular here. You watch some videos again and again. How awesome would it be if you could keep watching them again and again without having to pay for data, and take the videos with you wherever you go?” said YouTube executive Ceasar Sengupta at the event. “Within the coming few weeks, much of YouTube will be available offline in India. This is huge, and our users will really, really like this. You can download a video once, save it to your phone, and watch it again and again.” - Medianama.com
In coming weeks you'll be able to download almost any video, including music videos etc. onto your mobile phone and watch them as much as like, even if you don't have Data connection. Currently Google did not mentioned whether this feature will be coming to other countries, we can hope it comes but people in India can start their celebrations as the news is confirmed for India.
