Hardware

The hardware looks quite good and ensures high performance, there is a huge improvement under the hood as compared to the first generation Moto X. The 2nd Gen device comes in 16GB and 32GB variants but currently in India we only have 16GB variant, this might hurt but No, you cannot expand the storage as there is no microSD card slot.

However there is a way for solving the storage issue, you can read it here.

Software & Camera

Moto X 2nd Gen runs Android v4.4.4 KitKat Out-of-box and can be upgraded to Android L in future. Moto X gives pure Android experience, as it runs the stock Android ROM. The primary camera on Moto X 2nd Gen is a 13 Megapixel Shooter which comes with dual-LED flash, beautifully packed in a circular manner around the back camera. Battery & Connectivity

The battery department of the Moto X 2nd Gen is better than the first generation model but still quite disappointing. The 2nd Gen Moto X packs a 2300 mAh Li-on battery which works quite well but looking at a 5.2" inch display device, 2300 mAh seems inappropriate but still it is better than the first gen 2200 mAh battery. The battery is sealed inside the phone and cannot be removed.

Connectivity wise you get 3G and 2G networks compatibility in India, other than that you have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPRS, EDGE, NFC etc. The sensors packed inside are Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, gyro, compass, barometer and temperature sensor. You also get GPS support with A-GPS and GLONASS.

Other Features

Water Resistant coating: The Moto X is not water resistant but do claims to have a water resistant coating which helps it from accidental splashes.

4-Mic technology: Moto X packs 4 microphones at different positions which help reduce the background noise and gives good call experience.

Price & Availability

The Moto X 2nd Gen is an impressive upgrade and looks quite premium. The features and hardware is also impressive and overall the Moto x 2nd Gen is a great device. Moto X 2nd Gen is available on Flipkart for Rs.31,999 (16GB) and is exclusively available at Flipkart only. You can use the below link for buying the device.
