HTC Desire 620G Dual Sim Smartphone launched in India for Rs.15,900

November 16, 2014 Today in an event held by HTC in New Delhi, HTC announced their stunning HTC Desire 620G Dual-SIM smartphone for Indian market. This smartphone is successor to Desire 620 smartphone and packs amazing new features and hardware combination. Design & Connectivity

The Design is similar to the Desire 620 model, the only difference between both the devices is connectivity. HTC Desire 620G comes in two different colors, Santorini White which is White with Blue accent and Gunmetal Gray which is dark gray with light blue accent. HTC Desire 620G is 9.6mm thick and weighs 160 grams. It is a Dual-SIM phone and supports micro-SIM cards, it also supports 3G connectivity.

HTC Desire 620G packs a 5.0" Inch 1280 x 720p (~294ppi) capacitive touch display which supports multitouch. Under the hood it packs 1.7GHz Octa-Core Cortex-A7 processor with Mediatek MT6592 chipset, Mali-450MP4 GPU and 1GB RAM. HTC Desire 620G runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat, topped with HTC Sense UI and popular HTC BlinkFeed, which allows you to stay up to date on breaking news and social feeds. It has an internal storage of 8GB, which can be expanded upto 32GB using microSD card.h

HTC Desire 620G packs an 8 Megapixel camera on it's back (BSI, f/2.4, 28mm) with autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, continuous shooting etc. It also has a 5 megapixel front camera (FF BSI f/2.4 ) for video calling and selfie shooting. Both the cameras are capable of shooting Full HD 1920 x 1080p videos.

It has a 2100 mAh removable Li-Po battery and according to the company, it can deliver up to 19 hours of talk time and up to 525 hours of standby time. Other features of the phone are; GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, FM Radio, HTML5 Browser, Java, Bluetooth v4.0, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi etc.

Price & Availability

HTC Desire 620G will be available for purchasing in India, starting from the second week of December and will be priced at Rs. 15,990 and will be available with major retailers and mobile operators.
