The motive behind this series is that the users choose what they want & how they want, they don't have any restrictions, they can access the root files and change them the way they want and even if they mess up, they get full support from the service centers. And Yeah! this won't void warranty, let's talk about this later and see what the phone offers in terms of hardware.

Keeping in mind that the phone is priced at 9K, Yureka still attracts eyeballs with it amazing hardware & software combo. Below are some of the quick specs of the device, take a look at them.

Design & Display

The device is quite light-weight and slim, though it packs a 5.5" Inch screen, it still maintains a good grip and feels quite comfortable in hands. Currently it is only available in black color and comes with 'Moonstone' finish which is much similar to OnePlus One sandstone finish. The moonstone finish kinda gives a premium look to the otherwise inexpensive phone, thumbs up to Yu team. Coming to the display, it packs a 5.5" Inch HD IPS LCD Display with 1280x720 resolution and pixel density of ~267ppi. I know many people won't be happy with 720p display but guys c'mon it's a Rs.8,999 phone. Even though the resolution is 720p, it looks great on the 5.5" Inch display. Not to forget, the display comes with corning gorilla glass 3 protection and oleophobic coating. Yureka is a Dual-SIM phone and supports micro-SIM cards.
