Recently I was invited by HyperX, to a demonstration event which they organized in association with Cezor in Mumbai. The whole idea was to showcase their newly launched product HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming headset, to the gaming community. Along with that, the gamers (present at the event) were given the opportunity to experience the headset in action, while playing trendy games like Counter Strike Global Offense and PUBG, on powerful gaming setups. Dual Chamber Technology
HyperX Cloud Alpha are said to be the World's first gaming headset to come with Dual Chamber Technology. According to HyperX, this technology delivers a noticeable premium-ness and an unmatched gaming experience. The headset features Dual chambers, which separate the Bass & treble part, delivering pure and unmatched sound. This technology comes in handy while playing First Person Shooter (FPS) games, whereas the player will be able to easily distinguish the sound of footsteps & other vital signs (treble) even if there is a lot of bullet fires & explosions around (bass). The Dual chamber technology gives you an immersive experience in terms of audio.

Design & Comfort
Talking about the design, construction and comfort, I personally found Cloud Alpha headset very comfortable and ideal for long gaming sessions. The ear cup padding is made of HyperX signature memory foam, which sits comfortably over your ears, shaping them the way your ears are naturally.
The ear cups have pliable leather covers on top of the memory foam, which gives the headset, a premium look and also prevents chipping-off of the ear padding, these leather padding is much more durable than what we see on other gaming headsets in this budget. The headband is durable, twist-able and lightweight, you don't feel them when wearing. The headband is made up of an aluminum frame which keeps it light and strong.
Microphone, Cable & Compatibility
The cable on HyperX Cloud Alpha gaming headset is detachable and comes with inline controls like volume switch, mute microphone switch etc. You also get a detachable microphone with the headset.
