Hong Kong based portable audio devices manufacturer Sound One, launched Sports Bluetooth Earphones SP-6 in India. The manufacturer is known for providing professional audio & wireless solutions. Sound One Sp-6 comes with a stylish design & a unique neckband which makes it a good choice for sports. They are very light when it comes to weight, this makes them comfortable for longer period use. Sound One SP-6 come with Bluetooth v4.1, which means they are compatible with most of the devices, may it be Android or iPhone. The Bluetooth range is said to be 10 meters from the source which is quite standard for Bluetooth earphones in this price range.

The aptx codec ensures High fidelity audio output during music & calls. There is an in-built microphone which enables you to take calls on the go. According to the brand, the microphone cancels background noise, so that you have a great call experience. The microphone also comes with an in-line remote with Play/Pause, Next Track and Previous Track buttons.

Sweat Resistant

The earphones are sweat resistant, which according to me is a must for sports earphones, so you don’t have to worry about damaging them with sweat, when using them on your runs or during gym session. According to Sound One, the earphones are rated IPX level 4, which makes them capable of withstanding dripping sweat.

Comfort & Design

Sound One SP-6 are quite stylish in terms of design, furthermore they are pretty light in weight which makes them comfortable for long period usage. The earphones come with secure ear hooks which will prevent the buds from falling off your ears while running or during other physical activity. 

Battery 

Sound One SP-6 come with an in-built rechargeable Li-Ion battery which delivers decent playback time. I’ve haven’t tested them personally as of yet, but if the brand figures are to be believed, the earphones deliver up to 8 hours music playback, 180 hours standby and 8 hours talk time. I can’t comment on the battery performance until I test them personally, but looking at the figures, I can say they’re quite decent.

Coming to the price, Sound One SP-6 are priced at Rs.1999 in India and are available for purchase on Amazon, Ebay and selected retailers. The earphones come with 1 year warranty.
