Fix Submission Errors

In some cases, you might run into errors while submitting the tax information. The most common error is shown below.

There was an error. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.

Some easy ways to fix this error are by clearing browser cache, history, cookies, etc. if the error still persists, try different browsers and computers. Amazon advises against using smartphones for tax interviews but in case you are running into errors on your computer, there is no harm in trying it on a smartphone.

While completing the tax interview, I ran into the "There was an error. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support." error several times, I tried clearing caches, browser data, etc. tried changing browsers, computers, etc. but nothing worked. Finally, when I used my smartphone to complete the tax interview, it worked like a charm on my very first try, so try doing that if you are running into errors.

If nothing works, you have no choice but to contact Amazon Affiliate support, you can explain your issue and they typically reply within 24 hours.
